  5.       1 head garlic
  6.       Olive oil
  7.       Cut off the top quarter of the garlic with a sharp knife. Place garlic in 
  8.       the middle of a large piece of foil, and drizzle with oil. Crimp the foil 
  9.       around the garlic. Enclose foil completely. Bake in the middle of a 
  10.       preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  11.       Yield: 2 servings
  12.       Prep Time: 2 minutes
